In january 2016 we arrange a 2 weeks workshop in traditional Sukuma Culture.
In 1973, Wanacecilia dancesociety was invited to Denmark by “U-landsfonden af 1962” and K.H. Skot. During the visit, the group performed at the famous danish museum Moesgaard.
In 2015, 4 representatives fra Wanacicilia came to Denmark, invited by the Utamaduni Camp. Together with members of local danish sukuma-dancetroups and Sukumas living in Denmark and Sweden, they were invited to participate in the excibition called ‘The living dead’.

Back in 1973 a group of cultural ambassadors fra Bujora, was visiting Denmark, sponsored by K.H.Skott and his organisation “Ulandsfonden af 1962”. During the visit they made a traditional sukuma ceremoni at Moesgaard Museum near Aarhus.
The four members representatives from Bujora Cultural Centre has ended their visit at summer camp 2015 with a wonderful Dance Performance. They will get a chance to visit other dance troupes in Denmark and Sweden before their departure back home.
